ERM Creative ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit erm-creative.com or work with us, how we use it, and your rights.

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), and the message you write.
• Booking system: if you book a discovery call via Cal.com, your name, email, and any notes you add to the booking.
• Project work: if you become a client, we collect business information needed to build your site (logo, copy, photos, brand details, hosting credentials).

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs request metadata for security and analytics — IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp. We do not place tracking cookies on your device. We do not run third-party analytics like Google Analytics.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, or deliver the work you've engaged us for.
• To improve the site and service quality.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone except the third parties listed below who help us operate.

4. Third parties we use

• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
• Web3Forms — contact form delivery.
• Cal.com — booking system.
• Google Maps — embedded map on the contact page.
• hCaptcha — spam protection on the contact form.
• Google Fonts — webfont delivery (no cookies set).

Each of these processes some information about your visit when you interact with the relevant feature. We choose providers with strong privacy practices and do not pass them more data than they need to function.

5. Cookies

We do not set first-party cookies. Embedded third-party services (Cal.com, Google Maps, hCaptcha) may set their own cookies when you interact with them — see each provider's policy linked above.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions and booking records are retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, plus up to 3 years for tax and accounting purposes. Client project files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable backup period after the project ends.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you are a California, EU, or UK resident, additional rights may apply under the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, or UK GDPR. Contact us if you'd like to exercise them.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make material changes. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
